About the event
Join us as we officially kick off our vow renewal celebration with an all white sunset welcome party at the iconic Villa Cofresí Hotel in Rincón.
Set along Puerto Rico’s beautiful west coast, Villa Cofresí has been part of Rincón since 1965, when Rubén and Rita Caro opened a small seaside restaurant serving Puerto Rican cuisine, fresh seafood, and steaks. Over the decades, it grew into one of Rincón’s most beloved beachfront destinations and the perfect place for us to welcome our favorite people to the island.
But this place also has a little history with us. When we planned our wedding in Puerto Rico, Villa Cofresí was supposed to host our original welcome party. Unfortunately, changing COVID capacity restrictions meant they could no longer accommodate our group, and our plans had to change. Seven years later, we finally get our Villa Cofresí party!
